My healthcare journey began as a Patient Care Technician and expanded into a career serving patients and families across a wide range of healthcare settings, including Emergency Medicine, Medical-Surgical Units, Oncology, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, Critical Care, Neuro ICU, Patient Observation, Patient Transportation, Bed Management, Patient Access Services, Post-Mortem Care, and End-of-Life Support.
These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in patient advocacy, communication, safety, compassion, and family-centered care. Having supported individuals and families through recovery, crisis, critical illness, and end-of-life transitions, I understand the importance of dignity, respect, and compassionate support during life’s most vulnerable moments.
